1. Services

Don Quito Corp provides private transportation and dispatch services. By booking a service with us, you agree to provide accurate information regarding pickup locations, destinations, and passenger details.

2. Messaging Terms & Conditions (SMS/Text Messaging)

By providing your phone number to Don Quito Corp, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text (e.g., SMS and MMS) messages from us, including booking confirmations, ride reminders, and service updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on your booking activity and interaction with our services.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number provided. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at (519) 897-3346.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund or to avoid cancellation fees.
• Don Quito Corp reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, safety hazards). In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and other passengers. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Don Quito Corp, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
